Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Times
- Europe: 7–15 business days
- Other regions: 10–20 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on orders over €50
- Standard shipping: calculated at checkout based on destination
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to: Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Poland, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, and other selected EU countries.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window:
- Wait 5 additional business days (delays can happen with customs)
- Contact us at support@novirae.co with your order number
- If the package is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund
Customs & Duties
Orders shipped within the EU are duty-free. Customers outside the EU may be responsible for import duties or taxes.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
